Two bugs...

Hi i am adding two bugs ...
Destroyer - Frenzy
thats works only if he has 30% of his life.I mean time of using a frenzy.
Quest: Proof of Alliance.
We were trying that many times, but quest items like Herbs dont want to drop or there is small chance to drop,but on quest is bigger chance on this server.
Sorry for bad english and please try to fix it.

useless post frenzy works when player is under 30% HP.
5 lvl clan Q work retail like.
